- All products are eligible for a free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different/wrong item delivered to you.
- Please keep the product in its original condition, with the user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
- If you report an issue, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. On the basis of the technician's evaluation report, we will provide a resolution.
- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.
Following are the refund processing timelines after the item is received by Kobzo or the Seller notifies us of the receipt of the return:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of Payment
- You will receive the credit within 2 to 4 working days or depending on your card issuer's policies.
No order can be canceled once the product is out for delivery
