Return policy

  1. All products are eligible for a free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different/wrong item delivered to you.
  2. Please keep the product in its original condition, with the user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
  3. If you report an issue, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. On the basis of the technician's evaluation report, we will provide a resolution.
  4. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.

Refund policy

Following are the refund processing timelines after the item is received by Kobzo or the Seller notifies us of the receipt of the return:

  1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of Payment
  4. You will receive the credit within 2 to 4 working days or depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancellations policy

No order can be canceled once the product is out for delivery
